Introduction

Remont is equipped with 2 accessible rooms for single occupancy. Both rooms are located on the ground floor with level access. Both rooms are en-suite (single level wet rooms), equipped with accessibility features such are pull down grab rails, shower seat and emergency alarm.

If you have a disability or any special needs which you think we may need to be made aware of, this should be made known to us upon making the booking and at check-in.

 

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

Remont has 18 parking spaces, 2 of which are designated as disabled parking. The first disabled parking space is located at the front car park (tarmac) accessible from Banbury Road. The second disabled parking space is located at the rear of the property (block paved) accessible from Apsley Road side street, off Banbury Road. As parking is limited, you should let us know at time of booking whether you require a parking space in one of our designated disabled spaces so that we may ensure its availability. You may wish to check that a space has been reserved for you on the morning of check-in.

 

Main Entrance & Reception

 

  • Main entrance to Remont is located to the front of the building off Banbury Road.

  • A gentle gradient slope leads to the level access entrance (side hung double glazed door).

  • Entry to Remont via key (provided at check-in) or by pressing front door bell where our reception staff will assist.

  • Alternative entrance available from the rear car park via a level block-paved access.

  • All guests should ring door bell for entry and assistance, if needed.

  • Upon arrival, you will be asked for your booking name and you will then be checked in. At this point, full payment for your stay will be taken to avoid checkout delays. As our prices are fully inclusive, generally there are no other bills to be settled.

Unless stated otherwise, flooring throughout Remont is carpeted (Beige) and level. All en-suites and public WCs are tiled.Reception Area - Located at the main front entrance

  • Natural window lighting

Lift facility- Located near dining area on ground and first floor of main building Single lift with side hung manual metal door available for use between ground floor and first of the main building. Lift facility is not available in the loft area or attached annex building. Maximum 4 adults or 1 adult and 1 wheelchair user. In case of emergency, lift is equipped with an alarm button. The lift is carpeted and lit with masked fluorescent lighting. No natural lighting available.

 

Public Areas - WC

2 public WC available, one in each building, both unsuitable for wheelchair users due to size.

 

Breakfast Room

 

  • Located at rear of building.

  • Well lit with natural lighting and an assortment of ceiling fitted halogen spots and wall mounted up-downer light fittings.

  • Flooring is composed of large dark brown and white smooth tiles arranged over thermostatically controlled under floor heating.

  • Table for 2 (x15) evenly spaced throughout breakfast area with space for wheelchair users.

  • A buffet style breakfast is supplied at Remont from an 80cm high serving area. Breakfast can be provided to the table if so required.
